Diet is key!
The way your body functions is dependent on the fuel you put in it. Low quality fuel = low quality function, and high quality fuel = high quality function. Not only will you lose weight but your body will function faster, stronger, and sharper with a high quality diet.
You should never deprive yourself, or you will constantly be breaking your diet. I advise my clients to follow the 80/20 rule. 80% of your calories are healthy and 20% are indulgent. This will keep your diet on track while still helping satisfy those taste buds!
