Personalized Plan

I will create a personalized plan specifically designed to help you reach your health and fitness goals. The plan will consist of a workout schedule and a workout plan complete with the intensity, frequency, and duration of each given exercise.

Stay on track

You will receive texts and/or emails throughout the month to check your progress, hold you accountable, and keep you motivated.

 

 

After the month ends, a one-on-one meeting will be set up where we can check your progress, answer your questions, and set you up with a new, updated program for the next month to prevent you from hitting a plateau and keep you on track to achieving your goals!!

 
* Workout plan are recommended for clients who have already completed 1-2 months of one-on-one training so you can learn the exercise names, how to complete them with good form, and how to structure your workout to be time efficient.
